EMS conducted a maintenance
audit which identified
opportunity to optimise the
maintenance regime using RCM.
EMS trained maintenance &
production team members &
facilitated RCM studies on
extrusion & injection moulding
equipment.

 

A re-audit of the site scored 70%
ranking it in the world class
bracket. The site now has self-sufficiency in RCM and in
injection moulding has realised 2
extra days production per
machine per annum.
