EMS facilitated an RCM MasterClass involving a team of operations and engineering. The programme delivered the optimised maintenance regime, higher reliability and lower maintenance costs

 

The production team have taken ownership of first line maintenance. Over 80% of maintenance tasks are undertaken by operators leaving engineers free to focus on planned work and long term improvements

 

 

 

 

About the Programme

The Reliability Centred Maintenance Masterclass is a 15-day improvement programme combining the
principals of RCM with Lean Manufacturing practices. The programme is highly successful at improving
reliability and reducing waste by introducing an optimised maintenance and operating regime with a high
