change programme in lean
maintenance commencing with
diagnostic audits at the production
sites. Key projects included CIL
(autonomous maintenance),
Critical Spares Analysis, 5C &
organisational re-design.

About the Programme

This was a tailored multi-site programme of Lean Maintenance & Lean Manufacturing projects stemming
from an initial maintenance audit of the production operations. The maintenance audit allows comparison
against industry best practice and identifies opportunities for equipment reliability improvement.
