    What is Reliability by Design?
    Reliability by design is the structured application of life cycle costing and reliability engineering techniques to existing and new capital installations to ensure equipment is fit for purpose, operates to a specified standard and delivers high reliability with low maintenance costs.

     



    Reliability by Design is about strategic equipment standardisation, specification and modification to eliminate the need for maintenance or provide maintenance teams with simple maintenance solutions and simple fault diagnostics.
