Bristol based position with regular field based consultancy work and regular travel across the UK.

Job Functions

• Facilitating training and consultancy programmes at customer sites and other venues.
• Developing programme materials and methodologies.
• General support for business development

Requirements

• Likely to be graduate or HND in Engineering Discipline
• Likely to have 10 years experience in maintenance/operations/management in manufacturing environment
• High degree of understanding of Reliability Centred Maintenance
• Some knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Experience in change management
• Must have own car
