How is AUDITING done?

The EMS maintenance audit involves a 3-day on-site thorough examination of current maintenance systems and procedures, interviews with key personnel and collections and analysis of relevant data. The process allows us to score each company for comparison against best practice and against others in the industry. The score rating is accompanied by a comprehensive report on our findings which includes, most importantly, detailed recommendations on the improvements required. The images and diagrams opposite outline the process and some typical findings.
