  • Experienced in driving manufacturing change programmes, inclusive of Lean Manufacturing and Equipment Reliability programs in various companies, to successfully deliver increased availability/reduced breakdowns and therefore increased OEE at reduced operational costs.
  • 15 Years + experience of coaching and training individuals and groups of personnel in many subjects from first aid to full Lean Principles, inclusive of “How to coach”
