BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE WORKSHOP MANAGERS 1:1 COACHING

1 Day Workshop

Organisational culture is a product of years of habitual working. Changing it does not happen overnight. There needs to be a rigorous process of reviewing and coaching put in place alongside top-up training for change in culture and behaviour to be sustainable. We would encourage you to take advantage of our 1:1 coaching support to cement learning in place and to ensure practical application in the longer term. Coaching sessions would normally be run on the customer's site.

 

This is a follow up workshop for organisations that have previously undertook management development/organisational change programme

 

Workshop Objectives
  • To follow-up on the key skills learned in the previous behaviour change workshops and provide further support to team/department managers
  • To take place 3 months after the initial behaviour change programme at the organisation. Personal and Team action plans reviewed, revised and updated
